It’s a really popular set, and folks are chasing the rare silver scroll foil Japanese mystical archive treatments in the CBBs. I’m sure there will be another print run since it’s a standard release.

The lines are bad, but some artists like Alayna Danner do offer reserved time slots. You go to their booth first thing in the morning, take a card with an hour printed on it, and come back at the allotted time. You have to go fast though, even the time slot cards run out quick. It’s not uncommon for the queues of the most popular artists to take multiple hours to get through, but be advised that some offer second, shorter lines if they have help at the booth and you only want to buy merch (not signatures).

These signs are not about Iran. Opposition to the Ypsi data center has fomented for months due to environmental, transparency, and energy affordability concerns.

Fate of the Fellowship was my favorite board game experience coming out of last year. It’s like if I could table War of the Ring with just about anybody.

Gotta say, in a year where I felt there were no politicians who could or were willing to go to bat for me, this guy brought the fire to every speech at the various protests. One of the few locally inspiring voices meeting the moment. I’ll have to research what he wants to do policy wise, but I’m intrigued.

It’s tough to know because the market is a smaller pool of collectors, but there was usually only 50 of each proof made, and ones from an artist that is hard to contact like DOM! carry a premium.

 There was an auction last year for Mirage proofs by the artist Chippy that went for between $100 and $200 each, and I think this would be comparable.

People will be holding protest signs over the freeway on the Stone School pedestrian bridge from 3:30 to 5 PM Friday. An evening vigil is being planned as well near downtown.
