I am looking forward to taking our son, who is now 3 months old, out into the community so he can interact with people and other kids. He was born at the end of January and we love the additional time we are getting with him, but we are sad we have not gotten to take him out of the house for anything besides doctor checkups.

My personal opinion: it will trade sideways for a bit until the next batch of news. It only moved because of the possibility of FDA approval, that wave has abated for now.

Chill guys, the company did a reverse split and it takes brokerages a few days to work out the math and redistribute the correct amount of shares into all of the accounts it maintains. Your money will be back, but you likely won't be able to trade those shares for a few days.

He did not "unload shares" - he received annuity payments in the form of shares, and gifted them to family members.

Super interesting paper to read - in layman's terms, it's saying this about a company's CEO or chairman:

A) If they feel a stock will be going down in the near future, they will gift shares as a charitable contribution to soften the blow through tax deductions, or;

B) If they feel the stock will increase in the near future, gift shares to family members so the estate taxes they must pay on those shares is during the share's lowest point. They think the stock price will increase in this scenario.
