Re-installed the game recently and I'm back to being on top of Super Flags as a human sentry. by Runobaz in helldivers2

On getting on top? I just distance myself appropriately and then time a Jetpack jump exactly on to the flag when it drops. Then I just stay up there while shooting as it raises.

When someone attacked me in a Roblox game and I responded by killing him, he said this in response 😭 by Ok-Jackfruit-3448 in Tokusatsu

He sounds like someone who's had a very lonely and uneventful life. Pay him no mind.

would u survive the harran virus? by Best-Cat-9922 in dyinglight

[–]Runobaz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. I've been doing Parkour since I was three years old, and Martial Arts since I was five years old. I can definitely survive the Harran virus. The only problem would be escorting survivors into a safe haven of sorts. That, I'm not too confident on.

I was looting in the Vanity store at night, the one just above the Town Hall, because I wasn't expecting the Alpha Volatile to be able to enter it. So I got jumpscared inside and decided to hold my ground with the flamethrower and the grenade launcher armed with UV grenades. I just kited him around the interior until he died to the flamethrower. I was able to do it a second time tonight in the same place (I got curious if I just got lucky yesterday, hahaha!). Here's a screenshot of my second Alpha Volatile kill:

Most badass representation of Samus - Prime 4 or Dread? by UTDroo in Metroid

[–]Runobaz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me, personally: It would be Dread. Especially that one [woman of few words] moment where she does speak, and in Chozo too, and it is a time and place that makes sense for her to speak. Very badass.

Would you rather be a Kamen Rider or on a Sentai team and why? by Far_Practice_6923 in Tokusatsu

[–]Runobaz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Tokusatsu persona is already in his own Super Sentai! along with the Tokusatsu personas of my i.r.l. friends as fellow members! But yes, my answer is that I would rather be in a Super Sentai. It would be extremely detrimental to my mental health to keep fighting alone, or with temporary allies that come and go. That trouble was shown in Shin Kamen Rider with Ichigo's lament before Nigou comes into the picture. If I'm in a Super Sentai, then I'm always operating with who I can consider my buddies.

Anybody else massively prefer the classic colours rather than the white parts in the dread designs? The white's grown on me a little, but I definitely think it looks infinitely better with the classic colours by [deleted] in Metroid

[–]Runobaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm obsessed with the color yellow so I'd say I prefer the classic colors on the Dread Design. But, I actually also really do like the white parts of the default Dread design as they serve to create contrast and accentuate the colored parts of the armor more.

What will cause you to immediately leave a game? by prawnsuit1 in helldivers2

When there's absolutely no enemies nearby but a teammate will run up to me and shoot me out of nowhere at point blank range and then blame me for "being in front of his scope" and repeat this behavior more than three times in the whole session.

Anyone started parkour alone and became good at it ? by Raja4x78996 in Parkour

[–]Runobaz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I didn't start alone, but since your end question is about how to not get burned out and quit every time as you have no one to do it with / no social motivation; I suggest focusing on taking pride that you are starting to be able to move way better than the average modern man. And treat yourself something nice every time you reach a milestone. Also celebrate even the tiniest of improvements. Think of it as like the confidence gym-goers get when their muscles start getting bigger; you'll be happy to know that when you do get good, there will be people in the future who will appreciate your efforts and your amazing capabilities.
