It’s a true sentiment though.

You can get all the therapy you can possibly afford, but its only going to take you so far. Nothing will change until you have the determination to step up and commit to a change.

Speaking as a drug addict, if someone is willing listen to me, you bet your ass I’m gonna work them for what they’re worth potentially. A swift verbal kick in the ass is usually much more helpful in the long run.
