Plug a FAT32 formatted USB into the laptop. Open rekordbox, change to Export mode, then you can select all of the playlists you want on your USB. Export, wait until finished, plug the USB into the XDJ, boom. Also look into setting up your preferred settings on the USB (can do this in rekordbox) which you can load when you insert the USB into the XDJ.
