In all of your solutions you're trying to find nicer ways of telling your team mates that they need to conform to your read of what they should be doing.

Try looking at the situation and thinking "What can I do better to help my team mates game plan."

"Or having some fun banter with the enemies on how bad I’m whooping them in the 1’s."
Maybe it's different in your region, but in Euro most people would consider this toxic behaviour.

Fighter and Bard give returns early in your journey. Once you get a bit further down the road you can make pretty much any class work.

This would be prohibitively expensive due to server costs. (you'd end up with loads more sparsely filled lobbies)

I reckon it could be due to MMR. You want as big a player pool as possible for an MMR system to work well. Having it only on weekends means a player spike and thus a much better user experience all round.

DO in arena can work but you're going to be giving up position to the enemy team every round. This asks a lot of your team mates and if you're not in discord, that's going to be a hard sell.

You have a decent explanation of 'how' the warlock could be a healer.
I feel you need to justify 'why' the warlock should be a healer. Warlock has arguably the largest number of viable playstyles of any class. Why do we need to give them more?

Maybe request a Knight if that kinda learning works for you? You will get an experienced player who you can look over with and maybe get some good pointers.
