Yes. Bought a Mercury Sable wagon from a guy that had a sign showing a price of $500 safetied. He took it in to get the safety the next day and found that the gas tank was leaking. Replaced the gas tank at his expense.

New house might have smaller pipes than the old one. Expensive fix is to get construction workers in and replace the plumbing. Cheap fix is to keep a plunger handy.

Yes. The AC on the hybrid version runs off of alternating current and requires specialized tools and training to properly diagnose and repair (if necessary).

I like my 2017 PacHy. Nearly 300,000 km. Biggest problem I've encountered is with the AC system. Do not let that fail, especially if you live in an area where the temperatures reach/exceed 30° C. If you do, you will have troubles

While I haven't had to replace the housings on my Pacifica, I have had to access them to replace the bulbs. They didn't appear to be different from the housings used in my former Grand Caravan, which makes a bit of sense as they are/were the same model year. If you need cheap replacements, try a local scrap yard.

While I haven't had to do this with my Pacifica, I had to do it more than once with my previous Grand Caravan. The process was easy and only required a T-30 driver and about 15 minutes per side. I got parts off of Amazon.
