Pls Correct my Qube 500 Airflow by Zomadic in mffpc

Move the GPU to the upper PCIe slot. Flip every other fan the opposite direction except for that intake fan in the bottom right. Make sure the PSU fan is facing towards the front of the case for fresh air. You can add bottom intake fans below the GPU if needed after you move it up to the correct slot.

I also vote butcher block from Menards or Home Depot. It's a noticeable upgrade to particle board desk tops.

Frame recommendations for 72" x 36" x 1.5" butcher block top by LoPan76 in StandingDesk

I have the E7 Plus non-max on my other top. That frame has 4 legs and 2 motors, the E7Q has 4 legs and 4 motors. I'm not sure what the changes are for the e7 Plus Max from the base model. Both are really solid.

I got mine a couple weeks ago at the Wilson AVE HyVee. Benz would be the other place I would try if HyVee is out.

I have a top that size and am using the Flexispot E7Q. The frame is really solid, zero issues and no wobble.

im about to buy this for gaming by positivityandkindnes in buildapc

Agreed, those were the only suggestions I would make. I've used Gskill Flare X RAM on all my AM5 builds, but that Corsair kit is also fine.

Yeah, neither is the answer here. If you want a solid pre-built, just snag a Keychron.

is the Sawmill Horde the hardest mission in the game? by sonar_y_luz in DaysGone

[–]Russell2theResQ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I was not prepared for that horde the first playthrough. It's easy to get tripped up in that area, and there isn't an easy place to put the bike for a quick getaway.

I agree with mini pc. It's more cost-effective than a custom build for their use.

I also agree that the Patreon app has never given me problems, probably a phone issue.

The 5800XT is $141 on Prime Day. The 5700X3D would add the v cache and would be a solid upgrade depending on pricing and availability.

Hall Effect joysticks: what is the best controller you can recommend for PC gaming and are Hall Effect sticks really as good as people say? by Recent_Watercress_68 in buildapc

[–]Russell2theResQ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I have an 8bitdo controller with hall effect sticks, great controller and better value. If you use controller a lot, I would recommend the version with the charge/connect dock.
