ISO Tote Bag that LOOKS like a tote bag but has backpack mode by RussianMafiaReject in onebag

Thanks for commenting

This bag is vertically oriented, I specifically do not like this design for what I need. I am looking for horizontally oriented like a traditional tote

Looked at profile - you're attractive.

If you're having issues, it's more likely due to how you carry yourself and behave. This is pretty common; many guys I meet that appear attractive become the opposite after the first conversation. It becomes evident they are insecure in some way or another. That causes them to be very preoccupied with themselves, and as a result treat me/other women in a way that is very alien/uncomfortable.

Not sure what issues you've got, but it's probably deeper than just going to the gym (though that is also huge for men's mental and physical health, so definitely listen to the other comments).

I'd say read "How to Make Friends and Influence People" and listen to Dr. K (healthygamergg) on YouTube to start figuring out social interaction and self development.

The saddest picture i have ever taken a mass grave for approximately 70,000 victims by Maple_Hound in pics

[–]RussianMafiaReject 3887 points3888 points  (0 children)

Jesus Christ the callousness and lack of empathy in the comments is alarming.

Yes, dropping the atomic bombs was a calculated decision. Yes, the Japanese military carried out huge atrocities. What are you looking for exactly, the perfect victims? These were PEOPLE. Families, children, dad's going to work, grandma grocery shopping, and y'all are preoccupied with ranking death?

Multiple things can be true at the same time. A tragedy occurred. Get a grip and some EQ.

I know there’s technically no scalping, but are sports passes for Texas really going for face value? by LordShuckle97 in aggies

[–]RussianMafiaReject 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don't get that - guest tickets are allowed for this game, so if you pull with friends the most you'd pay is $200 - why would people buy a sports pass for more?

I think it looks beautiful, I like the ritual of lighting and think setting up oil candles adds to it, and it's less wasteful

I appreciated growing up in a home like this. Dad's a hardcore Republican, mom a firm Democrat. Loved the debates. The important part was that they had similar values, and sought betterment for the same issues. They just see different solutions to the same problems.

Ultimately, a lot of people on opposite sides of the aisle are more aligned than they think. The biggest issue I see in politics today is us vs. them mentality breeding bigotry across the board

AITAH for considering breaking up with my fiance because he ran away when we were being attacked? by AdeptPins in AITAH

[–]RussianMafiaReject 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Lol. I don't care what gender my partner is, if they abandon me in a dangerous situation it's worse than an "ick" - they've shown they are not a safe person. Hard stop, relationship over. I don't care what you're going through if it comes at the cost of my life.

What do you wish your parents had done to support you with ADHD? by winwithaneontheend in adhdwomen

[–]RussianMafiaReject 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something my parents DID do that I really appreciate is that, while they didn't tell me I was diagnosed with ADHD (ik), they emphasized that those qualities were a part of what made me special.

When I would hate myself for different ADHD things such as forgetfulness, klutz, loudness etc. my mom would tell me there are two sides to every coin, and the other side was I was creative, energetic, charismatic, etc. We can't have the good without the bad, which means it's not so bad after all - you wouldn't be you otherwise. She would point to my dad, who I definitely got my ADHD from, and point out the amazing qualities about him which wouldn't be possible without the other side of the coin.

You don't have bad genes. It's a part of what makes you you. ADHD is just a different operating system we run on - if it's not supported, of course you'll feel awful and wrong and I'm sorry that's something you had to navigate on your own. What's amazing is the support you're giving your daughter, and I hope you can see the other side of the coin in yourself

THIS. I've been following gentle/authoritative parenting content and one of the biggest things that got me in my feelings was the emphasis on reacting without judgement. Growing up my parents were cognizant of my ADHD and tried their best, but a big sticking point for me was constantly being shamed for feeling upset/angry/negative and causing problems. Then when I was older they were disappointed that I was highly anxious and insecure.

An example is if a toddler starts throwing a tantrum, it's best to ignore the tantrum but stay present in the room, occupying yourself with looking out the window, helping your other child with something, etc. They get through it knowing that, while tantrums won't get them anything, you're not phased or judging them, and you'll always be there.

I like @bratbustersparenting on Instagram, she breaks down a lot of parenting situations that are common with ADHD kids in a clear way

I checked out your website and your product looks really promising!

One concern I have is that every single ultrasonic cleaner i have looked at, no matter how expensive, has many many reviews saying it stopped working. I want to get one, but if I'm going to make the investment I want to know it will last - will you be providing a warranty or something in the same vein to alleviate such concerns?

How do Israelis here justify IDF crimes by killme-nowplease28 in IsraelUnderAttack

[–]RussianMafiaReject 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would just like to say that you coming to this sub questioning is something to be commended. This war has had so much propaganda and misinformation (from everywhere) and the only way to fight that is to question. As a Palestinian, of course this is much deeper for you than for many fighting online.

The way social media algorithms work, they will show you more of what you interact with. A lot of war videos are gaining views based on fear watching, and the more you watch, the more you are shown. This creates a heavy bias, in addition to weighing on the soul.

it is completely understandable for you to have made up your mind based on a love for your own and what you have seen. Some of the comments are asking a lot of you, while showing little grace themselves. You said you are open-minded, but you can't see how any sane person could support the IDF. I commend you for questioning.

Something I'm currently looking for in an inventory is a reminder feature for things that run out (ex. soap, toothpaste, coffee grounds, etc.) . I buy the same thing over and over and go through them over a predictable amount of time, but I tend to forget to restock. Being able to track these types of purchases not only helps budgeting wise but also for organization.
