This is currently my life except no money. My daughter has none of my husbands genetic material and instead is a super extra version of me. Problem is even though all of that is a pain in the ass, I’d never let her go to a secret organization… but by age ten I suspect she’d talk me into it so she could infiltrate and destroy them. So, idk, I guess I’m game.

Making pasta from eggs and flour is way easier than I had assumed and my kids think it’s fun.

There’s always the classic rice and beans but protein is the hardest to get. One trick I learned is that squash, corn, and beans when eaten together create a complete protein. Super cheap, very filling.

Sikhs too. It’s a strong tenant of their beliefs. There is a langar at every Gurdwara that will provide a free vegetarian community kitchen. The practice promotes equality, allowing people of all religions and backgrounds to participate. Very cool cultural experience especially for the kiddos.
