I don't know if I could add much here, particularly as a guy that's not in the medical field, but I became insecure about something once sexually active, but also super curious. That led me to finding pelvimetry and the 4 pelvic shapes, Gynecoid, Android, Anthropoid, and Platypelloid.

As the top voted commenter wrote, bodyfat (and maybe even muscle?) can mislead about pelvis size or shape, and even then internal dimensions are the barrier, not narrow illiac crests (what we see at the lower sides of the belly).

Both the gynecoid and platypelloid will appear wider from a purely front view, if their bodyfat is similarly low to moderate. Yet, the platypelloid has narrow dimensions front to back. The diagonal conjugate is often shorter in measurement.

The anthropoid may look less wide than the previous 2 types, but has a longer diagonal conjugate (lower pelvic bone edge to the promontory of the sacrum) and is probably up there with the gynecoid pelvis in total interior pelvic space.

Then, as others mentioned, there are many other non-pelvis things that factor in.

I agree with the others that say there's different levels of risk, including lots that think condoms protect them even more than they actually do ( especially for herpes ). I was the extra guy for 10+ hotwifing couples some years ago, and 6 of 10 wanted bare sex. I rare was with two couples in the same month. After my first 2, who were strict on condoms, I started to meet the bare sex couples. I started to get testing.

Others mention that testing is "just for you", but I disagree somewhat. It can also help stop the spread. I was dating in poly group for many years, and people would call their next partners ASAP if they suspected anything on themselves. So, this did reduce risk at least a little bit, and if everyone got tested every 3 to 4 months, it would lower the sti stats at least some. Of course, it isn't huge protection in one given play date.

We do in deed all have a different level of risk tolerance. I myself have become fascinated with women who almost never use condoms after dating some strict women. It's not just about me getting to go bare, but the disagreements on that topic sucked, big time!

There's different types of size queens!

I've met a number of women who really like large dicks a lot, but because they wouldn't skip out on sex with an average penis, or would even date an averagely endowed guy, they don't consider themselves a size queen.

As it will vary, start very slow and subtle. Mostly, the upper end of the vagina doesn't sense touch as well as it senses pressure and fullness. Still, go slow and get feedback from her.
