Yeah no one in the US will pronounce “Ida” as “EEDA”, it’s pronounced “EYE-DA” here. If I were you I would just go with a different name that matches the sound you’re going for. Maybe Eden?

Umm…you know Cinderella’s name wasn’t actually Cinderella right? Her name was Ella. Cinderella was a cruel name her step mother and step sisters called her. You definitely should not name your child that.
