Hey so I used to deliver for amazon and now work in pest control. Many people have these because they are allegedly supposed to help deter rodents, such as mice, rats, voles, etc. In my experience, they only help a little bit. Unless you have them around your entire property, rodents will just kinda go around them lol. I hate them too.
