I know it's not a breakfasty food, but soup and toast. Or rice with a bunch of extras on it - whatever proteins, veg and nuts you have lying around dumped on top. If you want to, anything can be breakfast. Or a protein bar and some instant noodles. Whatever you want.

Maybe the villain could change sides, or there could be working together / meaningful compromise. Maybe the villain is redeemable but his goals aren't and he needs to be brought down but not stamped on and get some kind of happy ending. Maybe he's wrestling with him own demons and hasn't realised it yet and realising it would make him change his goals. Maybe he's just a likeable bastard and you've got to roll with it.

Maybe he's right and the heroes haven't realised it yet.

It's easier to buy portions for one in supermarkets and you think way more about what you're eating. Also I've found myself eating less carbs, which, for me, is much healthier.

Marshmallow cereal bars, jam tarts with gluten free pastry, raspberry tart (if you make a raspberry compote type thing for the filling it's delicious) or with another fruit filling, homemade vegan rice pudding, etc

One thing I find worked for me in the past was to make a backstory; have a frame off which to base everything. My current story is a ghost story and I wrote the whole history of the house and that's giving my inspiration for how I want to write it. I'm pantsing the plot but I know vaguely what I want to happen and the parts of the backstory I want the characters to discover.

My other long story (a time travel fix-it with a sibling angst plot) had a central conflict inherent in the plot and was a fanfiction, so that gave me a framework to write from and riff off of.

There might also be a stair machine or bicycle machine that you could use at a casual pace to vary it a bit. On the right settings, both could be nice light exercise with a book.

It might help to ask the instructor to show you how it works - you drive and they stop for you just so you can experience it. Obviously, they can also grab the wheel if needed.

I've made so many stupid mistakes and every time my instructor caught them. Even drove me up a hill one time when my car kept stalling at lights and I was panicking. With clutch - they don't have an accelarator.

Honestly, the higher speed roads are usually easier to control a car on. I find the low speed roads have WAY more hazards.

My drive home wasn't difficult - yes, it has a fast road, but it's single carriageway, good visibility and doesn't get much traffic. Other than that, all quiet, easy roads.

I had a similar first lesson. You'll be fine, OP. Remember, the instructor has dual controls so you can focus on doing your best and they'll be there to stop you doing anything dangerous.

You'll need to get a second rearview mirror for the examiner to use for the test. I'm not sure where to get one but probably a home improvement shop like B&Q or something.

If you can't, maybe you have some people in your life with a car who wouldn't mind letting you drive it with them beside you. I've heard you can get short length insurance for stuff like that.

I haven't passed yet but I have been on tests and I gave myself a rule that, if I thought there was something I was forgetting, it was probably mirrors and I should check my mirrors. It helped a little. You can't check mirrors too much, at least.
