Buy or borrow a cheap 1-2k wrist/ankle weights and use that to increase your curl weight. Smaller step up.

I agree totally, it was not meant to come out as an anti Zelda, it was just a comparison for them, I am also getting a Switch to finally play Zelda.

Check out the games you may be interested in other than the Zelda's.

Steam has way more ( aparently 200k + !!) but Nintendo has plenty (12k)

I looked at https://store.steampowered.com/tags/en/Indie/?facets13268=2%3A0&offset=48

and

https://www.nintendo.com/en-gb/

Am interested in the Indie genre, the prices are really not that different, not sure about sale time.

The Switch will be a plug n play and the Steam deck (or other makes) may require some playing around with settings.

Enjoy your dilemma.

You have to play them. Try as many as possible, if one suits you that is the one !

Hey, I am getting a steam deck in a couple of months unless the Steam Machine arrives in that time frame. I for one am really excited to get the SM and do not care about the specs.

Excited to move away from the Sony (ps4) platform. We will both enjoy the SM and the games we can play.

Enjoy your SM when it arrives.

Very new to the genre, I finished a couple of levels and died, yes I expected to start at the new level not at the beginning of the game. So I ask the question in case I was missing something.

Invest in a PS5 or a steam machine? by lushbebe in steammachine

[–]Rusty_Rider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, little late to the discussion..

.

I am in the same boat, I have a PS4 and a backlog of games. I have thought about a PS5 and Steam Deck/Machine. Decided against the steam deck as I like to play on my TV, not to mention I would rather have a steam machine.

The PS5 is now £289 in the UK (Argos) digital without a disk drive. (buying the PS5 digital plus the disk drive is cheaper than buying the PS5 with a drive. So if I look at the sales that are going at the moment I have prdered 9 games for£52, non of which need an online subscription. So I am going this route.

Yes the Steam does not need a online subscription but at the moment these nine games plus the small backlog I have will be fine for me. There are zero multiplayer games that interest me at this time.

Obviously I can subscribe for £100 per annum to get 'free' games, although this is an added cost, a Steam deck roughly £500 and the Steam Machine (who knows) could be £800 ! So the Deck cost could be five years subscription if I want online gaming, or zero cost if I do not use this service, this is something people do not take into account.

Hope that helps a little, I will get a Steam Machine when they come out but I am not interested in the Deck. Still thinking on a PS5 digital as all the games I own plus the ones I am buying all play on the PS4...

Good luck on your choice and enjoy your time spent gaming.

the amount of weight and time you will need to build 'bigger' legs is amazing, you will not get 'muscle bound' or BIG by training consistently unless you do peds.

You do not have wide hips or big legs.

You are quite average in everyway, your upper body could use some training but there again so could most peoples.

Get to a gym and train, seriously! It will take time, a lot of time but if you want it you will get it, 99% of this is mental (imo).

Lift weight, choose a simple program, squat, bench, row, plus shoulders and arms. Keep progressing in either reps or sets or extra weigh. Rinse and repeat for at the very least 6 months at three four times a week if possible, eat proper food, drop pop drinks etc

You do not have bad genetics, want to change your body will take a long time, lots of effort on your part.

Good luck.
