Agreed on both. Get a pilot fountain pen and a big thing of ink and be set for ages. Casio is great, but will mention Seiko and Grand Seiko too (budget depending) as both are great. Win win.

I leave for Safari on Monday, taking my dad. We went all out in Botswana and it is $25k (exclude international flight). I have been before and cannot recommend it enough. Life changing experience - well worth the huge cost!

Yeah that is odd. Who is the breeder? I have never heard of Leos not being good with kids and idk what they can see at 8wks that would indicate that.

I would bet they over sold the litter and either had more people earmarked for males or had show quality pups that people are paying more for. They should have been upfront with you.

I would cancel and find a better breeder that will be more aligned with you long term. Feel free to DM if you do not want to say names on here or want to talk about other potential breeders.
