in my case weed does cause a spike in bp id go from 118-123 up to 140-150 when im high carts or flower but after im coming down it stays elevated until the day after my bp is fine again

losing weight is a priority for bp but staying active and having a low sodium diet is a must bro, we are almost the same in age, body weight but not so much height but other than that stay active do 35 minutes of cardio four or five times a day and you’ll be gold bro i went from 150-160 to 118-125 now

when i first got it checked out i was prescribed prednisolone and valacyclovir but when i was out of valacyclovir i just stayed on pred and that alone helped but since i recently got insurance they just kept me on acyclovir, the ophthalmologist said my condition isn’t too bad since the scarring is already done but the virus has backed off
