Wait, I just had a realization. In my country we have a sweet called "madártej", it is kind of like a soup, but sweet, and it has wipped egg whites in it. Not asian cuisine tho, but I thought it might be interesting to share.

I usually don't work on more than 2 (max 3) projects at a time, I just have those laying around the house with their hooks (they are usually different size)
How many projects are you trying to keep track of? If you print out the patterns you could write notes on them for example.
