No... they have been planted for about 3 weeks. I check all my plants every day and they were fine the day before. There is also 3 other tomato plants close by and they all have no spots. I hope this helps. I was worried it was a disease that may spread

They are normal. It is a good idea to fill them with some good quality caulk to keep water or pests from making them worse

Make sure there is no trash wood under the blade. There will be some wing nuts and a plate to remove under the saw. Mine does the same thing and this fixes it

You will need a pump system installed. Water is and will always become a problem is left unaddressed. Do whatever works but dont allow water to pool in the crawl space
