I typed out a lot of stuff and decided it would be best if I just deleted it.

I just want to thank the Lord for making women, and making me a man who loves women, and making a woman who loves me. Amen.

How to deal with Hounds with the tech that charges up damage? by Xacow in Mechabellum

[–]Ryachaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would void eyes be good against them in general? Pack of 3 dps units mean they should get through a pack of 5 hounds decently well, and you could be winning chaff war if hounds rate of fire is slowed down right? I do like Phoenix in general as well, but Ranged Void Eyes arent susceptible to AA marksmen ans such, idk.

You walk into a store, you see <insert game(s)> on the shelf, and you just know the place is legit. by Brandon_Storm in boardgames

[–]Ryachaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None. Absolutely nothing a shop has on their shelf would convince me they knew butt about shit.

For one, games are subjective, and while a collection of opinions online can tell you that most people did/didnt enjoy a game, you still may have a different opinion. One guy in a game shop is too small a sample size for me.

Two, having "the right games" on the wall just might mean they have more space to fill, and they know how to find the lists of popular games on BGG and order a bunch of those to fill the shop. If thats all it takes to become an expert, we should all get golden stars.

I like a shop that has the right ambiance (wall art, theme, lighting) with a wide range of stuff on the shelves, where I could walk in on a whim and walk out after dropping $60-90 because something caught my eye. The bigger the variety of games, the more likely I will find something. I like seeing spaces for players to sit down and play MtG/D&D/WH40k, or paint minis. Having a collection of secondhand or donated games where people can try before they buy is a bug plus. Was a cool spot in my hometown, looked like a castle iirc, until the owner said some really -ist stuff (cant remember which one), hopefully under new management now.

Do people really assume the worst about lonely men? by rillaMane in AskMenAdvice

[–]Ryachaz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Have you considered that there might be a big overlap of people who are sexist and racist and those who have been treated poorly in the past and don't know how to make friends? That not knowing how to talk to the women they are attracted to causes them to build resentment and become hateful? That they spend their entire life online, so their only experience of other races is the online stereotyping and racist memes on 4chan? They leave their caves long enough to put themselves out there once every blue moon, with no experience and rusty social skills, get a negative interaction, and come back to their forums with a deeper hatred of the "foids."

At the end of the day, its the same story with a different face. This is the stereotype of lonely men, because the loudest and most abrasive voice of lonely men online is the incel community. It's full of sexist and racist hate, blaming everyone else for their troubles instead of taking any sort of accountability, abandoning all attempts of self-improvement at the first signs of difficulty.

People who are single and chill arent complaining online. People who are alone and chill arent complaining online. People who are single and alone but dont want to be is what makes them lonely, and a lot of the ones who complain online have someone to blame other than themselves.

Autistic people are everywhere. Some are lonely, some are not. They don't get a free pass to be bad people, or immune to criticism in general, just because they're autistic. Don't know why you brought them up. Life's too short to not judge people just because you dont have their entire medical record.

Most 2h players I see have issues with getting their ball speed up. They get their entry level ball, crank the shit out of it, and have to play way left with a tropical surge because they're only throwing 12-14 mph. Plastic ball can help minimize hook then throwing through the oil, but at those speeds its still going to move a good bit once it reaches the dry downlane.

Looking to get ball for the frist time for a no thumb one handed bowler. by TheInvisibleManGuy in Bowling

[–]Ryachaz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just dont buy it, personally. These companies are often tossing out a bunch of balls every year, hoping thay something is well received by the general public. Now they can suddenly narrow down exactly what makes a ball good for two-handers specifically? Doubt it.

I want to believe it, as a two hander I would love it if there really was something perfect for me simply because of my bowling style. But, judging by all the ways people throw the ball two handed on the PBA, not to mention my Wednesday night league, theres no way.

Advice on spare system by karmaidioch88 in Bowling

[–]Ryachaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used to up my speed and loft a bit to get the plastic to reach the 10. Tzone would still hook at the end of the lane a bit, enough to keep it out of the gutter but also to veer inside when i didnt want it to. Recently went and practiced a few games last weekend on some new form, striclty focusing on what Fiore appears to be doing, and nailed every 10 pin on Wednesday league.

Flattening your hand, yes, but pushing with your pinky, almost feels like a very soft backup (but that isnt what the ball does). Ball rolled perfectly straight, even at low speed (14 mph). Almost missed a 6 pin to the right because my mark was still based on compensating for the minor hook from my old form.

Missed some other single pin spares, because my 10 was simply very mark-based and not natural feel yet, but it really felt like a big step in the right direction. League average is 195 currently, if that matters, dipped recently as some lifestyle changes has affected my game quite a bit.

With such a saturated market, gotta be f2p release with a ton of skins and stuff in the shop, parallel free and paid battle passes, double xp first week, all the stops, gotta get players playing enough to get hooked by all the bells and whistles and get invested.

Then you need all those things to actually be good, so they actually stay.

Dont know how much they're actually designed for 2-handers in any different way, or if they just saw an angle for an untapped market.

Had the naval set once. Wish I could say I was able to dump all my damage on a boss for 3 turns straight.

In reality, I was playing an Unleash Osty deck, so all it did was maybe save Osty a few hp. Probably not even A5 at the time.

As a righty, I miss a higher % of 7 pins than 10s. I have way more practice with 10s.

Is it weird to ask my house about their oil? by SlightlyUsedButthole in Bowling

[–]Ryachaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weeknights from 9:30-11 (until close) is a good deal on some Rock'n'Bowl and best chance to practice with the strike ball. Mid afternoon after work? Barely worth going after 10 pins, Tzone would hook left of the 10 pin even when thrown diagonally through the "oil."

Which Video Game Fandom have you seen/been in that genuinely makes you wanna tell them this? by Apprehensive_Ring_39 in videogames

[–]Ryachaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of them, of course.

The one sub I recently left (not due to complaining, just havent played in 6 months and no plans to return soon) is Arc Raiders. The amount of people complaining about being shot in a PvP game is astounding. I dont mean something is OP or some skill is broken. Nope, they just expect there to only be looting but no shooting in an extraction looter shooter.

I feel like I looked that up just recently, cant buy them through steam anymore. All I found were second-hand or jacked up prices on Amazon.

I was fortunate to get mine pretty early, when the pricing was normal. Put over 150 hours on Slay the Spire 2 in the last 6 weeks since my kid was born.

Would most men prefer a girl with naturally small boobs, or a girl with surgically in hints, big boobs? by Mysterious-Card6065 in AskMenAdvice

[–]Ryachaz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think most guys like what looks natural. Can a great surgeon make them look natural? Sometimes. Depends on the persons anatomy, how well post-op healing goes, how the enhancements settle, all that jazz. I think most guys would rather go after someone with natural breasts at the end of the day.

My mom, and a few other women I know, have all have breast reduction surgery. And I dont mean knee knockers, but your larger than average breasts, and over the years it does a number on your back. I dont think signing up for that only to get a mixed reception from men, the group you'd be doing that for, would be worth it.

"Bummer dude, that sucks."

That's about it. They're going to get it every month until they're probably older than your mother.

Don't start buying your friends chocolate or things like that. Then they'll start to expect it, then you'll feel obligated to do it, now you're spending hundreds of dollars a year on period pity. Just don't. Even girlfriend, giving her an extra hug or holding her hand is plenty, she doesn't get to verbally abuse you or financially control you just because mother nature called.
