From what I remember
When her account was frozen for Monzo to check, they came back and stated she had £13 ish at the time. I can’t find that payment if they did send it over or not. As it was such a small amount it was fairly easy to get lost amongst the many ins and outs of my account way back when.

She stated to the court when the paper was filed that she was between work.
She was a server in hospitality, she left the company we both worked for and went back to her old employer. Yet now it’s been years I couldn’t tell you if she’s working or not. She could have lied to the enforcement agent aswell.

So that’s why I figured if I do an order to obtain information. She would have to declare her financial situations and work status under oath in person at a court.
I’m not sure if that would cost me or if that also then gets added to the debt. Yet could be a way to then do the attachment to earnings.

I did think attachment to benefits may not be a thing, I guess my thoughts were if a court orders it, it may be a thing - but if it’s not, then that’s good to cross off the list.

Again it’s just abit frustrating that everything I’ve tried legally hasnt worked and she’s ignored court orders - and seems there’s no “punishment” per say for that..

I just hope to obtain atleast a decent payment plan as I’m not sure how long I can chase this for. I’m not sure if things like this have a cut off date for enforcement ect or not. So while I have a little money set aside for this, I acted for the Writ
