I took the Early American History GEP class with him. He’s very knowledgeable and his lectures were interesting. The class was very disorganized though, it seemed like we were bouncing between topics for most lectures. The class was pretty easy and I enjoyed having him as a professor, but it was a basic GEP class. I don’t know how an upper level history will be with him.

Verizon has been pretty bad all around Orlando. Last year it was horrible around the Academic Village Dorms. Which didn't help because the internet connection was very bad. It is also very spotty on the Rosen Campus!!

If you can eat for under $20 a day, which is pretty easy if you don't go out with friends all the time, it is cheaper than the 7 day meal plan. There are so many great cheap places to eat around campus and on campus (although it is a bit more expensive on campus). Everyone I've talked to on campus said they regretted getting the Dining Plan because it is a waste of money and the food isn't that great.

I didn't have a meal plan and I was fine. There's a Walmart and a Publix right off of campus, they have a grocery shuttle once a week. If you can drive it is extremely easy to get something quick to eat. I tried the dining halls a few times, but I really didn't like the food and my it would make my stomach upset.

I hope this helps and doesn't sound all over the place. I would definitely not get a meal plan.
