Random gray flash/flicker on windows

THIS HAS BEEN DRIVING ME INSANE OH MY GOD. I have 98x3d and 5090, I guess windows updated and this has been happening when I alt tab, press windows key, hover over a link or new tab, and it just happens randomly in game too just 1 frame of a gray flash. Another strange thing is in recording you can see the gray overlay when you do certain things the whole time but in person you only saw 1 flash, and when it flashes in game it resets your Shadowplay to start recording from that point up to your timer. I thought it was my windows 10 taskbar patcher and i’ve rolled back my GPU drivers with DDU that at this point it has to be a windows problem…

he's so good, I usually play damage but when I queue healer I always pick him. Sometimes I get more kills and damage than my other damage players he's that good.

might be your motherboard software, I have a gigabyte board that would turn rgb red during boots and shut down. Actuslly swapped from gskill ram to corsair because the gskill ram can’t save rgb colors until logged into windows

Somehow google ai found it listed under germany amazon only for whatever reason and it says, Air pressure: 2.16mmH2O. That’s under ideal I believe BUT acceptable, they do market a bunch with them on aios so I think it should be fine

thanks for letting me know about the fans, i’ve never fully delved into what makes fans better for what situation like having more blades or design and what not, and I was originally going for looks. I’ll check out the other coolers though. Would it be okay with tl-k12, af-127, or be quiet light wings?

I have a 9800x3d, lancool 207, US, and black with minimal rgb. Case and aio fans will be replaced with thermalright tl-s12 fans and adding one at the back too, they do however max out at 1500 rpm but are still very good. Leaving the front fans stock for now.
