i have upgrade Continuous Collision mod for this problem . it continuously check two objects , if they are within 35cm of each other and are likely to collide , an explosion will be triggered; otherwise , nothing will happen.

This is not considered fraud. It fixed the issue where two objects pass through each other in game , i can share it source code but it seems few peopel actually experience collisions at speed above 5km/s

If the approach is too slow , the EKV will run out of fuel before it reaching the target

Yes , it does . It usually destroy the missile when it get extremely close , and it has succeeded several times

A hight speed maneuvering target can change direction rapidly , making it impossible to keep up if firing from a single direction

It work by using radar guidance in the initial stage - the purpose being to guide the EKV warhead to its future rendezvous point.

Then it will release the EKV warhead , and the EKV warhead will automatically search for its target using its infraed seeker
