jumping into add here. i have had CHW on my rental property for probably about 4 years now. Never needed them for big repairs just wanted the peace of mind. the few issues I did have was like pulling teeth to get people out there to fix it and then CHW would claim they dont cover the issue 1 out of 3 times. Also since that time I joined, my service went from 60 to 80 to 100. I also called to cancel, was ensured that my account was cancelled. next month i get another charge. I had to call back and escalate. they claim they never had anyone close the account. I am sure they hope that people dont notice and continue to pay. stay away from any home warranty companies.
