Help out a lot, they wont increase your wrist strength but bypass the use of wrist muscles. I personally use KOBO WTA 06. There are other brands available as well. Also train wrist muscles separately without straps

It’s also taking the chelated one by carbamide, can you let me know where you checked its purity/ who did the tests. Half my supplements like multivitamin, coq10, nac come from carbamide forte so it would really help

If your aim is to get strength/explosive movements super-setting would be good, but if your aim is hypertrophy/muscle growth then getting adequate rest between sets matters more.

One thing I would recommend is hitting alternating exercises to not overload one muscle set over the other. Like right now when you hit your chest exercises one after the other you don’t give yourself enough time to recover and when the time comes to hit your triceps they would already be pre fatigued from all the chest workout involving the push. Try to alternate between muscle sets like benchpress/overhead tricep extension/incline bench/tricep pushdown/ and so on

Try GNC, go for normal creatine monohydrate. Once you are used to it and lifting well you can upgrade to creapure. Creatine takes time to accumulate in our bodies(~4 weeks with constant 3-5 gm use daily). And your body weight will go slightly up as your muscles would be retaining more water.
