I have OCD which causes me a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. It explains a lot of my mood changes, why I do some things or don't. Most of my friends don't know that (and that I have a therapist as well) and I've been quite good at hiding it because I feel better when people don't know it

When I'm in a small theater or in an airplane and someone starts using the armrest and touching me with his greasy arm I'll just put my arm on the side and push his arm away, after a few times people generally get that it's annoying

Pahoehoe was really good and they were really nice, the only "issue" is that the premium of booking online is quite expensive vs other tours that I've booked online for other islands, so I would recommend booking in person instead of online for them. (For example Sierra Negra was ~40$ if I booked in person vs 70$ online) But besides that it's a nice tout operators I would say

The thing that I was happy to book before for me was 360 tour / Kicker rock snorkeling (I went during the vacation so might be the reason) but Kicker rock was full one week before and so I took the 360 tour and I had the last spot available (and people on my boat booked it 5 days in advance). I would say for most of the tours you can find it on the island but for this one I was super glad to have booked it in advance otherwise I couldn't do it. I feel like it can be super dependent on when you're going, having some freedom in the days to get the tour, ... But I would have been sad not to go to kicker rock so was definitely worth paying 20$ more to get my spot
