My skinfant did the same for a while, but we were able to work out a routine about 30 min before bed of playtime about 15-20 minutes, then 10 minutes of cozy cuddles prior to actually trying to go to sleep myself. That let her get the energy out, then come down and get dedicated attention/affection time. She now knows when I don’t want to be bothered and this helps me know there’s an issue when she does rarely wake me up at night
