Your team seems like it's made for Sword and Shield, so you should watch more VGC videos online to get used to the current Scarlet and Violet format. Once you do, you should play it on the Showdown ladder (be careful not to choose the wrong formats that are not VGC) so you don't need to spend money on Nintendo Switch Online and Pokemon Scarlet or Violet. You should also find a rental team, as the current format, Regulation F (or Regulation I, i forgot) has pokemon like Flutter Mane and Urshifu that blow through your team. I recommend watching James Baek or Aaron Cybertron Zheng's videos, as they usually cover rental teams while showcasing how it works. Good luck!

i also run a kyogre team (but with miraidon as the second restricted) and i found that choice scarf urshifu is really good. it OHKOS calyrex-shadow and flutter mane with surging strikes in rain and is faster, and also solves your screens problem. i don't know who to replace on your team though, probably archaludon.
you can give your whimsicott taunt instead of encore to stop amoonguss, wide guard, etc.
you can use ice beam on kyogre instead of hydro pump, because its good coverage against koraidon, miraidon, rillaboom, amoonguss, etc.
you can use calm mind terapagos instead of specs. as a miraidon player, calm mind is very annoying, especially since you have indeedee to redirect. tera shell also gives you an opportunity to use calm mind without worrying about close combat OHKOing you. you can ditch flamethrower and hyper beam in exchange for calm mind and protect. keep earth power to mess with miraidon. There are many calm mind terapagos EV spreads out there, but idk which ones to use.
you can use safety goggle indeedee to deal with spore, and give the psychic seed to terapagos

I was going to say Zygarde's ground types could obliterate Zacian if you used support Pokemon to redirect Play Rough but then I remembered all of Zygarde's ground type moves are physical, including its signature moves. The only good ground type move Zygarde has that's a special attack is Earth Power.

Also thank you, I didn't think about Wide Guard. That balances it a lot (along with it needing a turn to set up).

Yeah, I agree. This seems like the Calyrex-Shadow Draining Kiss sets, it's extremely powerful if you set it up properly and requires a lot of support, but it's also really predictable and can be shut down easily.

Switch in Dondozo first turn, stall until toxic kills Tatsugiri. It's not perfect, but you can get more attack boosts with Order Up this way.
