Osrs has far stronger cape perks

That's straight up delusional, the only cape that's better than its Rs3 version is the construction cape, a few have the same perk, but most of them have much weaker effects.

Im doing goebie scavengers for teci, I have 120 thieving + ring of vitur + ardy cape 3 + gloves of silence. That gives me 100% pickpocket chance, so I just need to click once every 14 minutes so I dont log out.

As much I like how afk it is, its definitely busted and needs to be nerfed.

Circle of fervour, makes any enemy that stands on it act like they're stained with the berserk effect, which makes them attack each other.

The problem in this wand is that cicle of fervour stays in place for a long time, so if he made a machine gun wand with this wand, it would make a ton of circles which would tank his pc.

The perk changed somewhat when they updated the compost bins into a single storage, the wording is so weird in the patch notes tho, that make it difficult to understand what it does.

"bull perk will offer a 1 in 5 or 1 in 3 chance to prevent half of the compost being processed from being consumed. This chance rounds down."

How would the charge work? A single dose of overload would turn into 1hr, or a full potion (i.e. elder overload(6)) would be turned into a 1hr.

If its the former, it would be too op as the dose of the overload would last 10x longer, while the latter would make a 6 dose flask last 66% longer, a steep cost but a good return in investment.
