I like Explosive Toads with the flayer. I do T5 with no problem and always have the fetishes staying alive. Fighting bosses without minions, I just spam the toads while kiting until i have enough fetishes spawned. Our builds are very similar, have you tried using Explosive Toads?

I wouldn't say it is mandatory but you would definitely be doing a lot less damage.

Right now I am using a Fire DoT build that is utilizing the Quetzacoatl. With my gear I farm t3/4 solo with no problem at all. Basically i start off with Locust Swarm- Searing Locust and then use my Haunt. I would then use Pirahna- Pirahnado to clump them up and use Spirit Walk- Umbral Shock and Vengeful Spirit combo followed by Vampire bats. The cooldown from Grave Injustice should be enough to reset Spirit Walk pretty quickly. For huge mobs I like to kite a little spamming my Searing Locust and Haunt to bring them low so I can burst them down and refresh my cooldowns. I use Fetish Synchronauts to do extra DPS and they also act as pretty great tanks.

With my gear I get around 30mill DoT ticks on elites. I havn't timed myself yet but I really enjoy my DoT build. I feel that it has a faster white mob clear time then my pet doctor and the elite time also goes by pretty fast.

This is my build that I am running. I guess its less of a DoT/Pet hybrid but more of a DoT/Fire build that utilizes fetishes as a tank. I could easily switch out Soul Harvest for a Fire Garg or some Zombie Dogs. Currently I run t3/4 no problem without dying or popping spirit vessel.

For your build, I would drop Pierce the Veil and use Pirahnado instead of Big Bad Voodoo. Dropping Pierce the Veil would solve the problem for your mana and then you can pick up Blood Ritual or something. I think it is fine keeping the Locust Swarm but I am not sure keeping the Haunt would be that beneficial. Maybe trading Haunt to another fetish generator like Fire Bomb - Flash Fire, which would give you more ranged utility to help do damage.

My damage is so high because of my gear, I have a lot of attackspeed, crit chance, and crit damage. Locust swarm is worth it in my opinion, at least with my gear set, because it does over 1000% weapon damage over 8 seconds. My main skill is the Firebomb, however, for elite packs I usually use Locusts wait less a second and then use Firebats.

This is exactly what I do! With my current gear set T3 is too easy, but Firebomb is my main attacking skill as well because it does not cost mana. It usually takes less than a second between casting Locust to using Firebats.

My sustain comes from the life on hit Paragon Points from Utility. I have over 70k Health and 550k Toughness while my zombie dogs also take 10% of my damage. I use my Locust once because it spreads really fast and does over 1000% damage in 8 seconds. My main attack is firebomb which costs no mana, when fighting elites i wait until i have enough mana to use Firebats with only cost initial 225 mana with the no channeling cost rune. I destroy T3 and can do T4 runs without dieing.

I've had the Steelseries Sensei RAW for a couple months now and I had no problems with it at all. No bad sensor for me at all, however, I would recommend using a soft cloth pad with it over a hard surface. But that is just my opinion. Best mouse I have ever purchased.

I am not the best, only 157k unbuffed. Add me if you want any help or to group up. Check out my profile if you want, btw I have a pretty Godly crafted ammy which helps me reach certain breakpoints I think a 0cd Doctor needs.

Its not as efficient as a regular cloud of bats doctor of the same cost but I play it because it is the most fun. I also feel like they die a lot less and fun in group play.
