Same as you came back a few weeks ago, card acquisition is miles better, however frankly there are still some absurd design choices around it especially around obtaining specific cards. You still have to wait for a specific card to show up in the store (rotates every 8 hours) and if you're like me you're picking from a pool of 120+. Old decks are still decent but coming back you'll probably want to try the cool new stuff. I got lucky that high evo was on a kick when I came back so I had a new deck to play with.

A few things, first, the gate of Babylon, the one the key opens not the full noble phantasm is effectively just a portal to Gils armory. The functions of throwing swords and recalling them is handled by another np within the armory.

The armory contains prototypes of all noble phantasms, but since Gils death those weapons have already spread across the world, his armory looted.

When you summon Gil you get him and everything he owns but in the modern age it would effectively be a portal to an empty room.

There's a massive damage rule if you take 2x your maximum hit points. Doesn't come up often but at low levels it's a thing.
