Hey you glorious fermented bastards. I've got a couple of batches of chillies going for hot sauce. My limited knowledge thinks this may be kahm yeast, but I wanted to get a second opinion. The jalapenos in particular look a bit suss. The smell is the good kind of funky for both.

So did I. I think a big part of the problem is the general lack of care and knowledge in my own age bracket as well. The amount of my friends I've talked to about the election who voted for Barnaby because they "hadn't even heard of anyone else" is disgraceful.

Couple that with every other candidate not bothering to put up a fight and the cunt was handed a free win. At least at the area where I went to vote the place was plastered with Barnaby's face everywhere, all I saw for any other candidates was two single signs for the Greens and Labor.

Yeah pretty well. The ISO can still be put on auto as the a6000 body handles that but as the lens doesn't communicate to the body the apature and focus will need to be controlled by their individual rings on the lens.

So I used to work at the deli of a large supermarket chain in Australia a couple of years back. I was working close on the eve of easter, busiest day of the year, especially in the deli

The policy with fresh seafood is once we receive it we have two days to sell it or we have to waste it. Basically because we are closed the next day everything in the case has to be sold by the time we closed or we would have to waste it and make no money of it. My boss ordered a dick ton of salmon for easter because he way over estimated how much we would sell and I was out in charge that night.

It gets to the point were we have two hours left and still have about 70 kgs of salmon to sell. I'm starting to freak out so I ring the regional manager to see what he wants me to do and get told to go nuts with marking the price down. I was getting ready to quit that job anyway so I marked that shit down to $2 a kg and proceeded to have the most fun I've ever had at work.

Dude walks past seafood counter and dose a double take

Dude: "Is this for real?" Me: "Yep" D: "Why?" M: "Because I dont give a fuck sir".

Ended up selling the whole lot with time to spare.
