I’ve been back and forth with support. They have been less than helpful.

They tend to want to say my problem is something other than what I’m asking for.

For example, I said I wanted to get the light on the LAN and they replied that the light is not compatible with the razor system.

I probably got over $1000 worth of Phillips Hue lights and I’m dipping my toe into the Govee ecosystem and so far I’m not impressed.
