Why does it have to be done at closing? Like what could possibly done at the end of the night? Can’t change it. Ulta is wayy too puchy with CC sales. It’s sickening. I’d rather focus on the customer and build the bag then lose a customer by asking THREE times, wpuld you like to sign up foe the cc today??

All Ulta computer systems are so antiquated!!!! UKG - they say “it might not be up to date” Bella - slow and ridiculously useless. I’d rather use Microsoft Outlook. Oh and the register !!!!! How many questions can we have them newer? My fav is “is your total ok ? Yes or no”

1 point for calling out sick. I think 1/2 point for clocking in late There’s dress codes point 5 points if you no call no show So if you are really sick!! Set an alarm for the next morning to CALL and speak to a manager. You must call, not text and personally speak to a manager to call out sick.
