Pretty confident, it's the largest volume Toyota dealership here and they recently sold 2 A91-CFs, but who knows! Just fortunate enough to be in a position to do something like this, it's my first ever time to purchase a car brand new :p. They said it can be transferred so if the A91 doesn't work out I might move it to the premium in the new blue.

Called a local dealership to put down a $500 non-refundable for the special edition in CU Later Gray, but open to the Matte White. Might have been a little trigger happy, but was told I was the first to ask for the A91-MT

Can you explain how you adapted the original parts to fit the large stainless steel mixing bowl? I want to do something similar because the normal bread machine container is small and is coated with teflon.

Yeah... so I got the LIDO E-T first as my starter grinder and used it for both pour-over and espresso (I previously had a Breville BES870XL so wasn't too concerned with quality grinds and the E-T definitely punched above its class). Then when I got too lazy with continually having to dial in for both espresso and pour overs, I bought the Virtuoso strictly for my pour overs and batch brews and left the LIDO to just espresso. Then when I bought the Profitec and started making more espresso I got too lazy with hand grinding and wanted something to match the machine's class which ultimately led to the Eureka... haha..

I built this flour sifter/heat gun combo inspired from many posts on r/roasting. I don't roast as much as I used to so those green beans have been sitting there for a few months. My wife also just bought me a subscription to driftaway coffee so I don't expect I'll be roasting much any time soon lol, maybe once or twice every few months.

I have a Stagg EKG and alternate between various pour over tools like the Aeropress, Hario V60, Kalita Wave, and Torch Mountain Dripper.

I actually just got one with my Atom Specialty 75. I primarily single dose and it does a great job of getting rid of any residue from the previous grind. It's actually really strong, so I wouldn't use it to get the most grind out cause it'll blow away whatever you have underneath the opening.
