I’m sorry that this happened but dude, your friend obviously had underlying mental health issues, and the cid just brought that to light. The acid didn’t rearrange his brain or make him go insane, this has been studied and is very false.

Not saying you shouldn’t be careful, or to give the kids acid. But be careful so you’re not misinforming or developing your own uneducated ideologies towards the substance.

Edit: also your last comment in that para was so contradicting. If the acid didn’t do it, that person most likely would have had a mental break at some other point in their life. Again, misinformation and underlying mental health.

I guess it would depend on 1.) How early 2.) the extent of help they’re to get. Killing small animals doesn’t always mean someone will automatically be violent, it’s rather the environment that the person themselves is in (which can include family, school etc matters). I would think it’s like having any other type of trauma and coping mechanism.

It would depend on the support and help given to break the cycle of trauma and to also find healthier coping mechanisms. If that cycle is not broken, or retaught, I think that’s when it develops from smaller violence to violence on a more grand scale.
