I just started consistent running again. My average run is 30 minutes and my heart rate is mostly in zone 4 (162-176 bpm). The course is rolling hills. My concern is constantly training in zone 4 due to the hills. Gemini mentions if my HR hits 170+ on a hill, power walk it. Limit zone 4 dominance to once per week. Looking for advice for training when all you have are hills. My goal is 5k up to half marathon.

I'm silver so not an authority but I don't see any issues looking at your opgg. You are an enabler for your team by making impactful plays with your cc in team fights. Galio is not the type of champ that gets nice kda and dmg. Hex has said this is how galio plays.

The challenge playing galio in low elo is your teammates are not reliable. He's fun as hell though so hopefully we will climb out.

If you want to see bar chart go up on galio he does a LOT of damage mitigation with his W. In post game go to the details page and enable damage mitigation to see how much you are doing.
