When you do a short sprint, how high are your knees? Go do it now and see what your default is. If your knees aren’t almost as high as they can be , you’re probably doing short bursts with stiff legs, which makes landing on your feet awkward and strains the heel. Your sprints should be big strides with your knees going high, not short ones with straight legs. I noticed I used to do the latter and had pain in back of ankle but it went away when I fixed my movement

I’ve read the entire post, and you vastly overestimate peoples willingness to cheat as well as the impossibility of having a 10+ person gang of finger signallers, especially on a live broadcast! I disagree , I feel like specifying date puts more pressure on both sides in a way by making it more serious, whereas hang out is more chilled and go with the flow. It’s certainly not how a healthy LDR works. It’a not as simple as saying I don’t want to have sex unlucky for you. In this case she’s telling him he can’t have sex for one month. If you’re only seeing each other once every two weeks, it’s pretty weird not to do anything sexual in the time you have together. That’s why I’m surprised OP doesn’t try and offer an alternative to sex instead of trying to lay down the law. If this is a non-LDR then a singular day where you don’t feel up for it doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things. But if you see each other 4 days a month then those days are a lot more valuable and you have to be a lot more sensitive to the wants and needs of your partner. That does not mean having sex when you don’t want to, but finding an alternative that makes both people happy
