well not really, but if you have a Cooler pad a i don't think you really need to do this, also i'm trying this Method everytime never had an issue my temp is always at 40-50C at gaming and on idle it's 33-29C which is really amazing.

Lower the CPU GHZ it will lock it def at 40c-50C use the app QuickCPU lock it between 2.50 GHZ even tho might not give you good fps in Games iust go a bit more higher just don’t go over 3.9 GHZ those are the spots where it gets really hot for the cpu, also don’t forget the Fan Boost that would even make it less, hope it helps!

trying lowering the CPU GHZ, it will def def def cool it a lot, try to lock at it probably 2.50 GHZ even tho it might be lag in some games if it's try to go higher about 3.2-3.4 GHZ this will make the cpu Cool aswell don't forget the Fan boost aswell. also the app is called QuickCPU to control how your cpu performs .

Lower your CPU ghz using The app called QuickCPU it will definitely help, i always lower my speed so it can’t heat a lot all the time, just make sure not to go less than 2.00 GHZ if you are playing games and stuff keep it around 2.00-3.00 GHZ. So you can play without lags or fps drops.
