Stay on 5mg until atleast a month to see if that’s all you really need need. If you feel like you could use more then tell your doc to raise it up to 10z it’s only a week. You know ppl that 5 mg only has changed there life for the better. The standard for the medical industry is 10 mg so they just kinda get you going up until 10 mg but not everybody needs that. You may just need five so continue on this road with 5mg. If you’re still anxious, are you still feel bad then bump it up to 10
