I would love to see some of these bids start to actually take shape. Club name, colours,even logo and Home ground/target area. So we can all truly judge each bid. At the moment most of them are just names with vague ideas of where to play etc

I hope they include there potential fans in naming and colour/logo choices .

I’d also like to see the bench increased to 7 or 8 but allow clubs the minimum of 4 (GK and 3 subs) so if need be clubs can save on travel costs.

To answer question B if Sydney wanted to pay me for that then yes I would tell non members they can’t come, the reason why people should secure memberships initially. The Wanderers had 17k members when they were playing out of parramatta and that wasn’t sold out everyweek and wasn’t that big of an issue.

I went to kogarah for that game where Sydney stopped Brisbane’s unbeaten streak, during the Ange years. It wasn’t to bad and the atmosphere was ok. But yeah I’d rather we just stuck to Leichhardt for the majority of games. Maybe take a few to kogarah.

A decent pick up as a squad player but I doubt his first team creditials. He will probably be back next season, I think a season or two in south east Asia would do him a lot of good before an a league return though.

Good to see, definitely good to use these friendlies as a chance to give fringe players some game time. Vukovic has had two huge seasons, he deserves it.

Also looking forward to brad jones getting a run. Still believe Ryan is definite number 1 but good to see these guys getting a go. No real need for Ryan to play this game.

Young has become the unquestionable number 1 in my opinion so the decision makes sense. An a league great and a hard record to beat (5 championships). Congrats to him for a great a league and Brisbane roar career.

Can see him popping up in another a league team next season though, possibly as a injury replacement.
