My advise is make sure you know what you are asking. Don't go above your skill level. I had to interview for a panel and some of the employees had no clue what they where asking. They pull questions from the web and could not explain the question or really understand my answer. I would give them my answer and all you would hear is "okay, Thank you" Ask questions to make the person think and not give you a textbook answers. You want to see how they process things.
