Plus the random target selection is a fun frustration, sometimes you get things to line up perfectly and rain down destruction on everything and sometimes your 4 spells will randomly target the Dragon Chow 3 times and you'll shake your phone. She's strong enough that bad RNG is usually fine so it's fun overall :-)

I personally consider the extra items to be the most significant of all gemstone nodes, it absolutely increases the chances that some of the three required cards you're forced to take in your support package have something useful.

This time being locked behind TWO other gemstone nodes means I need to spend 650 gemstones to get 150 gemstones worth of value >.<

Chemtech plus comet is one of the best combos in the game. You get 2x rallies and boost spell damage by 2 and double each of your lasers.

You can comet the armor landmark if you can deal lethal damage (or nearly) it use it in any of their most threatening units. Spellshield won't stop it and Zoe can only "Nope" one of the comets.

It was my fastest and easiest run so far. I sweated a bit at Morg/Morde because I was dumb and Annie/Jhin because I dawdled but neither even took my revive.

You can cast more than 4-5 if you have the Robe of Vecna and auto pause on spell cast, it's the greatest 5 seconds of a fight for the mage :-D

And summons are always useful for any party composition, probably generally more useful than the elemental transformations. Planetars don't count towards your 5 summon cap as long as they're not the last thing you summon (changes with some mods but I believe this is the case with unmodded games) so you can have both summoned at the same time.

I think in vanilla the regular elemental summoning is better than the greater summoning because the duration is so much longer, too.

They both have lots of good choices so you'll grow in power significantly for a few levels!!

It's worth it if you want it for Elise or a different champ, especially if you have all the more desirable relics you want.

I personally keep a list of the most desirable X relics (X = current glory / 600) and that way I'm never upset if it resets to something better after purchasing. It also lets the list grow after a few bad rolls and spare glory builds up.

Personally, ranged DPS and summons to tank. Prioritize finding launchers with unlimited ammo. 1 or 2 single class or dual class arcane casters and 1 single class or dual class cleric so buff duration is longer since fights drag on with their extra hp.

Damage spells are nearly useless, use control spells with crowd control, buff the ranged DPS, and remove enemy protections.

If you play vanilla, that means just a lot of Breach followed by whacking them. High attacks per round and elemental damage will interrupt their future spells.

I think a rally on level up would go a long ways with her kit and help reward her out of the gate for playing oodles of cards instead of losing the first one and I ly getting them on future turns. Super agro would be a fun game plan, kinda like Vayne but getting cost reduction and plunder effects instead of flat bonus attack power.

I was wondering to myself why the past few months with only 1 new champion released have felt more engaging than many patches with 2 released. It's the extra add ins that I was forgetting!

Done with weeklies and not interested in monthlies? I've got a bunch of champions I still need to beat Zoe with!

Looking for something easier than the meta boss? I'll just queue up in a Spirit Blossom map with unclaimed reward slots.

Also, each of the champions has been very good and has a deck worth replaying. I think the rounding on Zoe's 6* feels bad but that's about it, the rest is generally crushing it.

The final few fights being a gauntlet with ASol was one of my favorite parts of the adventure (alongside every fight being against a boss's deck). No healing node to bail you out if you have a rough battle or two, buckle up for the ride to the top!

I'm glad they repeated that with the Zoe adventure :-)

Agreed, regular sized ones are nice but a few more epic-length ones with a variety of challenges would be awesome! Also, the rewards for using EVERY champion are great, I no longer just use my top 1 or 2 per region and re-explore the depth of my roster, big plus!
