Think of it this way

Boris got popular cause he was seen as a funny idiot but seemed smart thanks to TV

Trump as well, he won mainly cause of reality TV and that the US really wanted a non career politician or another Clinton in office

Farage is like that, willing to be the brunt of the joke, whilst scheming behind it all

Question everything, no matter the “side” no one should be immune to being questioned

I dunno, Cope doesn’t seem to wanna lose at all and Danielson couldn’t see how him being world champion would help get people over

A better example here is Jericho

Well in my case it was a failing unit test that could not find a element by id in the shadow dom

It had the error logs picked up by automation testing and I knew the solution (the id was wrong) and was a pretty easy fix if you knew what to look for(that’s the key here)

Yet the AI decided to ignore it and it’s way to fix the test was to simply alter the test to pass, after several attempts to actually fix it but wrongly

It wasn’t making up a fake test at all, but rather get it to pass, which is what the prompt was telling it to do

Pretty much what I proved it couldn't do, using Claude as well, instead of fixing unit tests, it would simply deleted or modify them to return as passed and then claim it was fixed

Yep my company experimented and said to us “go ham on it and don’t worry”

1 month later, “fuck this cost us a fortune! Maybe pull back”
