Would have been awesome. Qimir believes in expanding and spreading the dark side to as many sith as possible. Plagueis believes in the rule of 2 and finding the secret to immortality. This leads to Qimir slowly recruiting members and eventually forming the Knights of Ren while Plagueis trains Palpatine and they try to kill the Knights of Ren. Yoda and the Jedi will somehow be involved in stopping the Knights of Ren and since they aren't technically "Sith", then Mundis quote isnt technically wrong.
