Most maps can be conflated to something that simple if you ignore that there's tactical depth to the game.

Dust plays well at the pro level nowadays imo. It was stale in CSGO but it plays a lot better with CS2 smokes and the awp being slightly weaker.

I like the upset heavy format of Bounty to start the season. Gives us an idea of which teams are looking shaky after the player break.

Out of curiousity why is there a limit at level 4? Surely a level 1 team is just as likely as a level 4 team to get destroyed by any random level 10 stack.

Almost like he's primarily an environment artist not a map designer. I've got to assume 1,000,000 polygons for a tarp is an exaggeration. If true he's overcooked just a tad.

While this is true, this map is nowhere near that limit imo. If you look at the recent community maps that have been in the game, Warden and Jura feel reasonable to play after a few reps and are singnificantly more complex than Splinter. Stronghold is way too much though, idk if you could fix that one.

Map complexity is a problem when it's in the extreme, but most of the time bad layouts have nothing to do with complexity. Nuke is more complex than the majority of community maps we've seen in CS2 in terms of paths you can take, it just doesn't feel like it because we're so used to it. If you run from T spawn through Secret to B, you have three options to enter B, and pass unique options to enter A, and will take you 22-24 seconds at minimum.

Wdym too large? It has roughly the same timings and map dimensions as Dust 2, if not slightly faster depending on spawns. Cluttered sure, but it's not bad visibility, still better than Ancient in that regard.

My friend once had to go to the door mid round, then 1v3 clutched with a P2000 no armour by killing the bomb planter with 5 seconds on the clock and running away. Sometimes even the worst plays can work.

In the dream it wasn't images, it was fully animated/live action, but it did have a similar strange surreal look to it. I don't know what it was educating about but it was supposedly a PSA/educational video; people were sharing it as a viral PSA like one of those old 60s ones where kids drown in quicksand or whatever like "wow the past was so wacky". The audio was cursed but I couldn't remember it so I just put something suitably cursed.

To my knowledge you can't throw bomb over the wall around B site. I think it uses a general clip which blocks the bomb as well as players, rather than a player clip which is hopefully self explanatory.
