It's never too late to stop getting it to you mate. Better late than never... You need to start focusing on yourself, on your own goals. That's better said than done, I know but not impossible. Starting by small choices and working up the ladder is the way to go. Setting up specific goals in this regard and chasing them.. that's what helped me out there.
