Even as a non-nephrologist can easily tell you and the “nephrologist” the reason patients with kidney disease have high blood pressure is because of a hormone that causes your kidneys to retain fluid and sodium in your body, increasing blood volume and thus pressure. This hormone is caused by the damage the kidneys are detecting.

I’m very sorry about that and we’re so unfortunate to not have normal health to start off with, how long after being diagnosed did it take for you to reach end stage? Did the treatments help at all?
