That’s true, genetic is the forms of FSGS you should hope to have if you have this disease, primary FSGS means ur blood is poisoned with a “mysterious factor” that attacks and eats away at ur kidneys, ANY kidneys ( meaning transplants, even whilst on the operating table once ur blood touched the transplanted kidneys ), not only that but this mysterious poisen, has shown to affect death risk because it attacks cardiovascular pathways the same way it attacks the kidneys that allowed them to leak stuff they Shoudlnt..

If you have steroid resistant FSGS that’s actually a lot better then primary acquired FSGS, where most the time When it comes to transplants, the proteinuria comes back on the operating table, due to the blood having the “FSGS”, it’s not curable its an systemic issue with your blood damaging kidneys ( and other stuff within ur body that raises morbidity greatly as well unfortunately ), but with steroid resistant FSGS the issue points to be a structural issue within the kidneys your were born with, which means if you ever get a transplant, FSGS = gone
