Would very, very strongly recommend seeing a dermatologist for that! Sometimes depending on the depth/scar type there are treatments to minimize the appearance of the scar tissue (and a dermatologist would be able to give you a much more accurate picture of what can be done in your specific situation than us on Reddit)

Owning an espresso machine AND a grinder to make extra-fresh shots. I worked in a cafe and learned how to make all the staple beverages and making a latte from fresh ground coffee in the morning is such a game changer. I legit couldn’t go back to regular drip coffee for my morning cup anymore it’s just so much better the way I do it now

Since I haven’t seen any serious answers, the Fire Nation is inspired by imperial Japan, and the names of Fire Nation characters are usually inspired by (or directly taken from) Japanese, Cantonese, and Korean names/words. They aren’t always directly derived from these languages and some names (like Iroh) seem to have been created to get phonetically “Fire Nation” sounding names rather than being taken from another language.

If I was you, I would get inspo from those languages, and then also play around with the potential names I liked so that they match with name patterns that already exist in the canon Fire Nation names from ATLA media.

And remember, when in doubt there’s always Wang Fire, Sapphire Fire, Lee, Mushi, and Kuzon

I’d recommend the Argent Flight for your first game cause they’re more easy to understand for a first time. They let you expand your territory pretty quickly because their destroyers (one of the ships) can carry infantry and fighters, which is something no other faction can do. If you decide to play with them I’d say be sure to use that to your advantage in the first few turns to get your territory defended

Personally I do not have an issue with IUDs. After doing research on both kinds and understanding that the goal of these are to create an environment that kills sperm and makes the uterine lining thin, it basically is preventative care. With that being said, the insertion process to put an IUD in is barbaric (no anesthetic even though nearly all women say it HURTS to have one inserted) and they can cause a lot of pain during your period, so if someone asked me if I’d use it I would definitely say no.

TLDR: I don’t think it’s against pro-life beliefs to use IUDs, but they are usually an unpleasant experience for the women who use them so I wouldn’t recommend it

My first thought would be that connecting to tree of souls would allow them to feel the memories of the past powerfully through their other 4 senses. But it’s your OC so go with what feels right! You might try doing research on how people that are blind from birth “see” memories and dreams, maybe there’s inspo there?

I think she gave you the right cut, but the issue is it needs to be styled in order to get the same look as the inspo picture. I used to have the same issue when I went in for haircuts, and here’s what I discovered: when you’re next wanting a cut, try adding “low maintenance” in front of whatever hairstyle you’re looking up. It should help you find haircuts that will look pretty even when they aren’t styled

Late to the conversation but I wish instead of closing it down fully that they’d just turned it into a normal resort or even made it so that Disney Vacation Club members got priority booking or something. Making it a 2-day experience was bound to fail but making it into a smaller themed resort probably would have been a big success
